If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.keepitanchored.com after a 30-day trial, please email founders@keepitanchored.com within 60 days of purchase to request a full refund*. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any products purchased through Unichem or Life Pharmacy.
Refund requests are processed as soon as they are received. Credit card refunds will be processed and may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account – credits will be issued to the card that was used for the purchase. Products purchased via AfterPay will be refunded via AfterPay and PayPal purchases will be refunded via PayPal.
*ADDITIONAL TERMS:
Limit one refund per name, household, or address. If you have made multiple KeepItAnchored purchases, the most recent purchase will be refunded.
